Activity guide: Mokoro excursion camping
Today we will pick you from your place of stay around 0700hrs, and road transfer you to the mokoro station in NG32 area Okavango delta in a 4WD open sided safari vehicle and it is approximately one hour drive.
Upon arrival you will meet your qualified guide provided by the community . He/She will pole you along the water ways as you glide through the papyrus and tall grass in a mokoro/ dugout canoe, they will share with you their local heritage and knowledge while looking for wildlife both land and aquatic, bird species which inhabit the Delta. There are no facilities out there , your camp and meals on an island will be made by safari staff. On arrival your guide will take you for a game walk where you can enjoy awesome sightings. After lunch you may enjoy a siesta moment in camp to avoid the mid-day heat. Your accommodation will be a 3m x 3m dome tent

early morning game walk will be available after breakfast and upon returning to the camp we will have some snacks
After lunch we will go to our mekoros and go through the channels, these intricate veins of waterways which interconnect the lagoons, where we will see a lot of aquatic birds and animals such as hippos and crocodiles , your guide will find a safe location where swimming is possible in the waters of the Okavango Delta, followed by a chance to learn how to pole a mokoro.
Time can be taken to ask your guide about the area and the flora and fauna while you are relaxing around the camp fire under the star lit African sky

Activity Guide: game drive Moremi game reserve
Moremi Game Reserve is situated in the central and eastern areas of the Okavango. It includes the Moremi Tongue and Chief's Island, boasting one of the continent's wealthiest and most diverse ecosystems.
It has spectacular game viewing and bird watching, including all significant, naturally occurring herbivore and carnivore species in the region and over 400 species of birds, many migratory and some endangered.
Covering approximately 3,900 sq. km, where land and Delta meet, Moremi Game Reserve is a profoundly picturesque preserve of seasonal and perennial floodplains. The landscape includes waterways, lagoons, pools, pans, grasslands, and forests. This terrain makes driving Moremi's many tracks and trails delightful and exceptionally inspiring.
